My husband and I are really looking forward to the possible opportunity of moving from our AVR townhome in Holly Ridge, off Route 9D and Brockway Road into an AVR built condo at Overlook Point.

It is a comfortable feeling to venture into new construction with AVR without the anxieties of whether we will be pleased since we have been so satisfied here for five years. We have lived here since 2005 (phase II) and have been totally happy with our home. We have been so pleased with the quick response we received from the AVR technical support group for any questions or issues that we had. We were concerned about moving out of this community in order to purchase a condo, since we are becoming limited in our ability to climb stairs. Needless to say, we were delighted to find out that your plans for Overlook Point will be an option for us to stay in this community and have a nice comfortable home that will satisfy our needs with consideration for our limitations. In the five years we have been here, everyone who has visited us, for the day and overnight were in awe of the beauty of the area, our home, and the lifestyle of the community, i.e., the pool, clubhouse, sidewalks for walking and pushing strollers. The convenience would spoil anyone as we are only one mile away from entrance to I84, 15 minutes away from Stewart Airport, 6 minutes away from all the medical offices in the Westage Business Center and restaurants, 6 minutes away from the village of Fishkill and all that it offers, the library, post office, restaurants, etc. in addition to not having to go out on the highway at all if time is limited or for other circumstances with the restaurants right here in front of us on Route 9D. We’re also happy to know that we will be able to buy produce and meats right at Stadium Plaza at Danny’s Deli-Supreme. Even though we have lived here a little over five years, I am in awe of the natural beauty with every season change. Each season has a beauty of its own and I just take it all in and savor every minute of it.
